I ordered this part in January and just received it in April. It took 3 orders to finally get my part and not once was I notified by sears that it was returned. Everytime the part returned I had to notice I didn't get the part and had to call customer service to reinitiate the order. The second order I caught as they returned it. Instead of having the part immediately reshipped, they pushed the item to a backlog order (someone else), it took like 3 weeks for them to restock the piece. A little customer service would go along way .
