Sears sent the wrong pulley

I've already called you and complained that you sent me the wrong part for my dryer, a pulley that the hub rides on. You refuse to send me the correct one. I was so specific on what this part was and did. You should be sending the right part for free. If you don't correct this mistake, I will never go through sears again. I am looking elsewhere to get my 20.00 pulley
