Expensive - No Screws - No Trim Caps

I knew the price when I ordered it but I was shocked none the less. It is the exact replacement part without the three specialized screws that hold it in place AND without the trim caps that hide the screws once installed. One screw and both caps were missing on the old one which was bought with the house for elderly parents. For the high price, it would be so nice to have three new screws and new caps! Looked for both on your web site - found neither.

Astronomically expensive for a hunk of plastic. Took a long time to receive as it was back ordered. 3 seconds to install. Still looks like a cheap piece of plastic when done.
