Range Top over
I spent more than $400 and I am very disappointed of the quality. I cooked couple of items and there scratches all over it and I can not even clean them. They should not be selling this item and similar ones to it .My 10 years old Range Top was high quality and so easy to clean. I just wanted to replace my old one to make my wife happy and it got me in trouble. Do not buy this !!!!!

perfect match for the original
We were able to replace it ourselves with a small socket and a screwdriver. The stove top is the only part we needed since it cracked when the glass salt shaker fell on it. We transferred the heating elements from the old stove top.

GE Glass stovetop replacement.
Shipping was fast and simple. The price was a big concern. A whole new stove is aprox $600. $450 for just a top seems too much. But it was much better then buying it from ge appliances. Which was $761.52. Thats ridiculous.

Quick Delivery
Installation was not as easy as the video makes it out to be but not too difficult that I could not adjust. Delivery of part was very quick. Much better than other parts I have ordered recently. I will order from Sears from now on.

Arrived on time / Lack of guidance to install
The cook top arrived timely as expected, which is just as it should be; on the down side it was just the cook top inside the box...! There was no instructions to install it anywhere, not even in your web site or on YouTube... even that is not rocket science for a regular handy John Doe around the house, indeed was a setback delaying installing the old one and putting the new one. I do recommend anyone attempting this to take either pictures or a vid as of how the old one is installed so you can reproduce it in the new one.
