This part is the agitator in the base of the washer drum. The part simply fits into the splines from the motor and went on easily and only requires one screw to secure the part. It fit and worked perfectly.

Pop the plastic cover off, loosen the exposed bolt and pull the part right off. Reverse procedure to install. 10 minute fix anyone can do.
