Didn't get the part when promised

Instead of the part, I got an a note saying that the part I was told was in stock on the website was back ordered and wouldn't be shipped until 6 May. As my old boss used to say -- "promises are a poor substitute for performance"

Parts arrived on time and worked well

Replacing control panel and touch button unit returned my Jenn Air stove to as new condition. Could have used some instructions on replacement process but was able to figure out on my own being careful to assure terminal plugs were re-installed as disassembled. Parts are very expensive and were shipped loose in a carboard box without proper packing. Suggest better part packing in the future
