Wrong blade and not what was described in my order
I ordered the blade from the SearsParts website, specific for my mower which is a three blade set. I have ordered these before without issue, this time it arrived with one blade which was not even the correct one.

Acceptable product. Deficient support.
Paid for the part. A few days later learned it was on backorder. Have waited 6-8 weeks for delivery. In that time, Sears should have canceled the payment, then charged me when actually shipped. No notifications along the way. I had to keep logging on to learn any status (which was minimal anyway). This should be Sears' responsibility to update me. Computer system should be able to generate updates.
