Dishwasher rack installation

The part came in exactly as expected. What was not expected that no one can tell you how to take the current pieces from the old rack to install them on the new rack that was purchased. No videos on internet. Customer service kept sending us videos from models that were not our type of dishwasher. No help from them. After several frustrating calls you are on your own.
