Horrible still trying

Have asked for help several times over. Everyone on the assistant end sends me videos that are for the door lock assemply in the washer and NOT the Door Lock strike that is in the door. I just want to know for sure how the spring is supposed to set in there. The rod that holds the spring fell through. One month down on this and still no solution.
