Makes it nice to have everything available! Had it done in a couple of hours. Be prepared to change the oil. Rocker arms were tricky. If you know what to expect it's a good value.

I have never disassembled a lawn mower engine before. One You tube video and perfectly fitting head and valve cover gaskets did the trick.

Head gasket repair kit Briggs and Straton motot

The gasket kit for my riding mower Briggs and Straten 17.5 HP vertical shaft drive arrive quickly and all of the parts were included. Some of the gaskets did not match my particular series but the others probably fit the other series motors. The gaskets require no adhesive (unless one wanted to provide). Perfect fit.
