The agent handling this was courteous and helpful. Through no fault of his, this was the third time that I was attempting to order the correct part for my stove top. I was sent the wrong part "twice". I finally took it on myself to look up a diagram provided on your site and found the exact part number that I needed. I re-ordered today so hopefully that will resolve my problem. Your employees should have done this the first time and for sure on the second time that I ordered. This caused me to have to disassemble my stove top "twice" and still was unable to fix due to the wrong part being sent.
