Awful customer service.

Terrible customer customer service. Two days after ordering I noticed the part was out of stock although the ordering site indicated the part was available. I called Sears for over a week to cancel the order. They kept saying once an order was submitted to their vendor the only way to cancel was Sears had to send an email to their vendor and basically wait 3 business days for the reply. I waited over 7 business days and finally ordered/received the part from another vendor. Afterwards Sears sends a shipping notification. Additionally they sent a follow up email indicating the part has shipped and they were unable to cancel. I feel that it is a deceptive business practice to advertise a part as in stock when knowingly it is not.
