The drawer was very easy to install. took out of the box, washed it and put in refrigerator. The only issue was that it took 6 months to get the part.

6 months to deliver-they should give me my money back and the part. The protective plastic was put on before the drawer was assembled, so it had to be disassembled to get it off. I will never shop sears again-but didn't they go under anyway?

7 months. It took 7 months to receive my product. I got no help from customer service after reaching out on multiple occasions which ended up being a big waste of time. Never again.
