Backorder since summer.

Impossible to install since the part has been on backorder for 4 months. poor communication between Sears departments. Maybe that's one reason why the company is out of business.

Bought all the parts for changing drain pump from hose in to hose out. The representative on the chat line who helped me pick out necessary parts was extremely patient, answered all questions, and gave me great advice. The job was only complicated by fact i didn't know how to replace cabinet correctly.
