Easy to install and remove

I ordered the wrong part and did not notice until I was mounting the switch to the plate. The shaft length was too short. I compared the electrical connections and did not see the obvious difference in the lengths of the shaft. I had my old Kenmore stove manual and ordered parts with that part number. Oh well it was about 20 minutes to remove, install, remove and reinstall. Now to reorder.
