Hard to Find Part--Sears Found It
Sears parts support system is great. We have a Kenmore Elite range purchased in 2013---one of the burner knobs was damaged during a routine cleaning. Unfortunately, the model number plate was damaged by stove debris and was not readable. When I called Sears Parts, they checked their records and found the purchase back in 2013---they were able to provide a model number from which we were able to determine the part number. In a few days, we had the part and the stove is now back working like new.
