We didn't get the correct part they sent a dryer cord instead of the duct pretty sad. Maybe if you had sent the correct part I would not be sending this info. this way, 2 very different items that do to very different things. How could that have been so mixed up? We have gotten other items from you before but we have never had this kind of problem before.
