Wrong part sent , waste of my time

After giving the right model number , To Sears representative, she found and placed an order for the mother board for the garage door opener Waited 8 days then I received the wrong part Called back and was told by another representative that it was the wrong part and the correct part is not available , and I could check on eBay , what a waste of 8 days Not my fault, just poor Sears representative service. Never again
