Perfect Replacement
Installing is not so much of a problem but removing the old element was tough. The connectors did not come off willingly. Also, due to my height and the level of the oven, it was a strain to half bend knees and back just to gain access. The good thing was that it didn't take long.

Not exact replacement
I had to modify the reflector to allow attachment of heating element brace because it's holes did not align with the holes to hold the reflector to the oven ceiling.
