Both the website and customer service are liars
Website showed what I needed in stock, and I paid extra for 2 day shipping. The next day, I get an update that my item wont be mailed for TWO WEEKS! I call customer support explaining I need piece ASAP, they say their site is incorrect and they don't actually have it in stock... they explain to me that despite showing a dozen+ in stock of the pieces I need, the website is habitually incorrect and never updated. I cancel my order with the representative, because the pieces I need are time-sensitive and I will get them elsewhere. A few days later, I get an e-mail that one of my 3 piece shipped. What? I call customer service back, they say the previous rep did not cancel my order because orders cannot be cancelled one hour after they've been placed. After demanding a supervisor or manager, this rep claims they can cancel it and to expect a refund in 3 business days and to ship parts back if they show up. Ok. A week later, I have no refund and then I get another e-mail confirmation that another part was shipped! I call customer service, BOTH of the prior two reps I spoke with on different days- DID NOT CANCEL MY ORDER! The third person claimed he did, but I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company because I had zero faith he would do it either. Honestly, the $80 refunded was hardly worth the headache. 0/10 lying customer service, would not recommend this scam site to ANYBODY

Very easy to install with the right tools.
Super easy to install with the right nut drivers.... could be difficult otherwise. Only reason it wasn't 5 stars is that 2 of the orifices were back ordered for a month! Otherwise very satisfied!
