Sent a broken part
The part arrived more than a week after I was told it would and then once it arrived, my technician installed it only to find that it was a damaged part and would not even power on my dryer. Now I have to start over trying to locate this part as I don't want to re-order from Sears and be without my appliance for even longer since it's a gamble that they will even send me a good part.
