Genuine GE part at a good price, easy installation

After 12 years it happened! Dropped an object on the glass cook top and cracked it. Got a $1200 quote to replace the cook top! Replacing the top was pretty easy and saved a lot of money. Repair videos are available on YouTube. Part arrived on time as promised. Great service!

GE PROFILE Glass range top replacement

The top arrived and I was concerned with the condition of the top seeing the condition of the box. The top seemed to look fine but upon closer inspection I notice a speckle across the whole top. I didn't notice that on the original. I have included photos. Also, please know that you will have to disconnect the burners from the top as they are fastened to the glass top and not to the stove.
