When ordering on line you always worry about what you'll get . The pictures look good but somehow when it comes it's not quite right . That's exactly what didn't happen with my Sears order . It was exactly right for what I ordered and it fit exactly like it was supposed to.It works perfectly.

The starter was easy to install.

I am glad I dd not just order the pull rope since that may have been much more difficult to install - or maybe not. My solution cost more but I am pleased with the result. The skids were also easily installed because the bolts holding the old skids were so rusty they just broke off with the wrench. I could have stripped the bolts which would have been a whole different problem

I damaged my Craftsman snowblower starter at the end of the last winter, and recently found this item to replace it. It fit perfectly, only needs two screws to install so it only took a minute. Works great and should help me get a few more years out of the snowblower.

5 minutes to put on snow blower. Biggest challenge was tying the knot on the pull starter.

Easy install, remove 3 exterior screws. Use previous rope handle and suggest to tie it on first before installing recoil part. You have plenty of rope to work with initially.
