The 1st unit I received arrived with a broken push connection. Damage likely occurred during assembly at the factory. Returned unit and 2nd one arrived in good working order. Inspect replacement parts prior to installation.

Easy to install, but the first valve looked used so I sent it back for a replacement. The second valve I ordered (different valve) shipped late but then they sent me two of this valve. Returned the second valve. The valves were easy to install and worked perfectly. They just need to get their act together on the cleanliness of the first valve I ordered (or may have been used) and coordinating their shipping better so they don't ship two of the same order.

Thought this would include all the brass fittings, nuts ect that are required to install this part. The new valve does no good if you aren't replacing the potentially leaking fittings too. Do you sell the rest of the parts needed??

Our refrigerator is about six years old when dispensing water or wind the icemaker would fail we heard a loud buzzing sound I went online and noticed the single part that had these two solenoid's all in one replaced in about 30 minutes all is well
