It did the job.
Good: it worked as intended, fixed my water heater, and I liked that detailed instructions were included. Nice! Bad: it took longer than expected to arrive, was poorly packaged, and the burner door arrived slightly bent so it didn't form a seal out of the box. It was fixable. I almost returned it and ordered a new one but there's nobody else I can order this part from, so I just assumed the next one would arrive with the same issues. It also didn't really look like a new part.
