Freezer went in the Fritz was told the board was bad , got online to sears direct which I've used before , found the replacement board it came a day later than what I was emailed but I plugged it in , plugged the freezer back in and boom it was working again, now bring on our half pig

When I purchased the part it showed I was going to be getting the whole bezel, but when it arrived it was just the chip inside the bezel so changed it out with the old one and it seems to be working

Took 7 months to get the control panel.

The panel i received was fine. It is how long it took to receive it that I have an issue with. There is no way this should have taken 7 months to receive.

Ordered the whole control board only thing that showed up was the new circuit board, made it work, and it took over a month to get it. Probably won't order nothing else through here

Before I purchase this.Talking with a agent touch pad and control board would come as a unit . The only thing i got was the board ,no touch pad,As others in forums I found that they have the same issues,because the tabs will break that holds the unit in.
