Can't get correct part or reach humans to exchange

received 2 sets of screw--one is correct to hold the handle on our freezer drawer. The others I ordered based on the online manual for my model and year are the wrong size. These are the ones that are actually screw into the door itself and that the handle screws fit into. Ratings here are based on the fact that I can't complete my project without the right sized screw receptacles (for lack of a better word) and have been unable to reach a Sears rep online or on the phone.
