The part number for my refrigerator is listed wrong on the drawing (i.e. 616d). When called the Sears 1 800 number on Thursday afternoon (6/18), I talked to people in the Philippines. I was disconnected twice and put on hold for another hour (2 hours in total) and still could not reach the right person....very bad experience!
