Issues with price and the part

I understand charging for shipping, but when it takes a week or more, the fee should be $5 or less. Maybe USPS should be the option. $12.00 is way too high. The cable was way too short. I had to use the cable from the old igniter and splice into the new one. Not a big deal, but I would have preferred a direct cable to the plug. My Oven has a 2 ft cable from the igniter to the plug.
