Wrong part
Received wrong part 2x. Both valves for my fridge didn't fit and no one could find correct part. Kenmore Elite model 79577562600 water inlet valve.

Wrong part
Your parts lookup gives the wrong part for my refrigerator. I spent 3 hours and dropped calls to get another bad order and ended up ordering right part off Amazon.

Better than nothing
Was not a direct replacement. But i was told that from other reviews. Required $20 of parts from plumbing store and another trip. Why cant they just have a direct replacement. Another reason i no longer buy sears appliances.

Substitue Part - Required Tube Fittings
The part is a substitute for the original. It required several more tube fittings (potential leak points) to properly plumb. Original had one male threaded connection inlet with one 5/16" dia. tube female connection. Had to make trip to get required fittings and added cost. The part does work.
