Received panel for dishwasher instead
On July 27, 20 I ordered a control panel for a Jenn-Air stove in black. On Sept. 8, I received a white $5 Maytag dishwasher control panel. It wasn't even the right order # put with my name and address. I called them and told them I wanted to cancel the order completely because it's been 7 weeks and I still don't have what I ordered. I was told I would have to send back the dishwasher panel and only then would they return my $248.26 . And I might add that they have had my money while I have had nothing for the last 7 weeks. I am waiting to see if there is going to be a problem getting my money returned to me. I can understand why sears is having problems because their customers are being treated like they don't matter. I am very dissatisfied with the sears parts department.
