Ordered two of these. The only potential issue I see is that one is new (2022) and one is older stock (2018). I expect that since these are already prone to failure that the 2018 will fail sooner...

I've paid for a friction sleeve for my dish washer, and still await delivery more than 1 month later; I would be more nervous if it was an expensive item given Sears financial difficulties. I presume the delay is due to the pandemic.

I looked at videos talking about unhooking electricity, etc. All we had to do was pull the dishwasher out a little bit and unhook the spring... replace the part and all was good.

This is a pain!

I have to look forward to installing friction sleeves that barely last six months. So I wait for my yearly anniversary when I'm on the floor, having pulled out my dishwasher from under the counter and have to get it over my wooden floor to install them. All because someone was to cheap to install better springs. That's what we get for buying Chinese!
