didn't fit my freezer and is very expensive

After having my basket full of frozen food fall on the floor 4 times, I ordered these 2 drawer stops. There is no hole in my freezer for these to go into even though the parts diagram said they were the correct.part.Total cost with shipping was $26. The parts could have shipped in a small padded envelope rather than a box via UPS.The parts are molded plastic and probably cost way less than $1 to make.
