The Gasket was okay but the packaging was horrible and the way it was box partially open and gasket out when it arrived. It should have been Protected in a box but it wasn't in a normal box it just wrapped around the shape of the rubber gasket! Will not be ordering again.

Another botched order

First part (freezer gasket) arrived, horribly mangled. Called customer support, requested replacement. Very polite and nice rep promised to refund original purchase price, then re-charge my credit card for a replacement gasket - which they immediately shipped. Looked at my credit card statement - instead of a credit, Sears charged me for the amount of what they should have refunded, and then charged the new part. So, I'm double (triple?) charged. At least the new gasket arrived - only slightly better than the original mangled gasket, since it, too, has permanent creases in it, that don't seem to relax or return to form. Overall, very poor performance. Also, there is the continuing concern that Sears reviews all reviews and rejects or refuses to post any negative reviews.
