This was a simple straightforward repair. Although there were no instructions, there were numerous examples on the web for this make of refrigerator.

I was given the wrong model number so I ordered the wrong part. I found the correct model number, reordered the correct part and chatted with Keith for parts return and credit. Entire chat took less than ten minutes and new part is ordered and old part returned for credit with proper paperwork.

Fairly easy to install

I'd suggest taking the door off to make installation easier. Depending on age and condition of the door, it was fairly easy to install this gasket. Unfortunately, this is the second gasket I've had to replace; the original and first gaskets both wore out. I think the price of this gasket is too high. The shipping cost was much more than I expected.

Part damaged and don't know how to return it.

The gasket we received was not the right one for the make and model refrigerator that we have even though it said it was for the refrigerator. There was no paperwork at all in the box we received so I have not figured out how to return it.
