Parts arrived weeks late and immediately broke

This is a perfect example of how NOT to provide customer satisfaction. Parts were ordered October 1, 2021 and did not arrive until end of November. Repeatedly sent text messages stating "Your Part(s) have a delay..." When the parts did arrive, I installed two (2) of the four (4) Roller Studs and two (2) of them broke immediately while installing. Unfortunately, there is NO ONE at Sears to talk to about this and get sent replacement parts for the ones that broke while installing.
