The splines in the original agitator were stripped. Removing agitator was easy (several youtube videos are available). Once removed, holding it up to light showed that splines (teeth) were stripped. Most replacement parts sites did not have part available. This site did. Part arrived prior to expected ship date and installed within 20 mins. Washing clothes again.
