Extremely disappointed. I gave the refrigerator model number, and personally talked (virtually) with a representative. The shelf doesn't fit. Needs to be returned.

Took a few tries to get to me but good product
I rate the customer service each time I called top notch. The self did take 3 attempts to arrive due to shipper errors but once it did it was perfect size and easy to install. Parts department helped me choose which part to buy so nicely done on their part. Worth the wait! I now have all the shelf's for our refrigerator! Yeah!
