I rate the customer service each time I called top notch. The self did take 3 attempts to arrive due to shipper errors but once it did it was perfect size and easy to install. Parts department helped me choose which part to buy so nicely done on their part. Worth the wait! I now have all the shelf's for our refrigerator! Yeah!

Perfect replacement part

I had originally ordered the wrong glass shelf but Sears made it pretty easy to return and I ordered this one instead. Came quickly and packed so that it was undamaged when it arrived. Fit perfectly in place and good since. I will say that I had to replace the original part because I took it out for cleaning and was holding it with one hand (thumb and forefinger) in a horizontal position. Not sure if it is just very thin glass and couldn't take the stress or the fact it was cold from the fridge had something to do with it but it literally shattered into a million pieces as I was just holding it there. It was safety glass but still left a huge mess and a few sharp shards. Just something to be careful of as you handle this part as you don't want a snow shower of glass pieces all over your kitchen. I'm still finding pieces here and there.
