Damage at Arrival.
Both filter halves arrived damaged. The perimeter aluminum channeling, on both halves, was bent. I was able to bend the channeling back enough to get it to fit. Not a perfect situation.

Wrong Part, but prompt service
In the Kenmore ELITE Use&Care ? Installation Manual, specifically page #4, a listing of parts that are included and not included with our hood. I used this page to call in for my order. After a somewhat protracted discussion with the service person, I thought we were both talking about the item I was in need of. Specifically I was looking to order part number 50191(30") - the CLEAN COOKING FILTERS. I was sent the Aluminum Grease Filters, which were returned.

Bit of a hassle
Sears mailed me the incorrect screens the first time. I gave them the model number and size. Hassle to exchange and a fight over not losing my coupon. Got the new screens, correct size, but now they don't have the filter insert that they used to come with. Never had to order it separately in the past. I'm too fed up to try and return again. Will try to rig something up with a store bought insert. Still waiting for refund on incorrect shipment. They know how to 'take' your money.
