Unit comes without interface cover
came without interface cover but fixed issue and worked. had to remove cover from old unit which was difficult.

Replacement part fixes inoperative oven buttons
The control panel is an exact replacement part for the original. Our control panel housing had disintegrated, the electronic circuit was fine but the black plastic, being of poor quality, fell apart. This replacement comes with all the electronics and the black bezel. In retrospect we would have been well served to also purchase the cover, which is what you actually see from the front of the stove as well to have a nice clean part install, but some double sided tape also worked fine. Make sure to keep the wires straight - picture or swap one wire at a time, disconnect power!

Handled return professionally
Part arrived swiftly, however, part arrived damaged. Corner of circuit board was blackened and a spade terminal was melted off the body of the control board. It appears they forwarded a damaged return to them. After a brief chat they issued me a RA #, if the part had worked i'd have given 5 stars.

Kenmore clock/timer
It was super easy to install but I'm very disappointed that there was no mention of needing the overlay which you must have. They should be sold together since there is no way to get around needing this part. I had to purchase that separately and pay another $10 for shipping after paying $15 for the first part. Very happy with the part and how quickly it came, very disappointed in the way the parts are presented and sold.
