No directions, no packaging.

The gasket was put into a box and shipped. Could've been used... no directions or packaging. Called customer support twice to get directions. Was put on hold for over 30 minutes, never getting a response. So disappointed.

Worked on this for hours and never got it to fit right. Ended up just buying a new fridge. Don't try this at home.
