Easy to install
Make sure you have the right screws (4). They are short ones. A previous recall repair gave me a slight problem. 2 screws hold the grill but 2 others come into play when changing the grill.

Fits Well
While the color of the vent (white) was slightly off from the original color of the microwave (off-white / light cream), the replacement vent installed easily and functions well. Much cheaper than buying a new microwave!

Easy to install
The vent grill fit an old Kenmore microwave. The only thing it didn't come in the bisque color but white looked good since cabinets are light in color.

shipping problem
Item was either damaged in shipping or the box was empty, so it was returned by the shipper to Sears. After a couple of weeks of waiting, it took a phone call from me to Sears to trigger them to re-ship the item. That should have happened automatically.
