It was terrific, we ordered a replacement fuse for a Kenmore dishwasher and followed the video on youtube, made the changes and crossed our fingers. It actually worked and it saved us the cost of a service call and possibly more.

It was easy to install although the paper instructions were a little vague on the heat shield watching the video clarified how it was to be oriented.

Much easier than I anticipated

I was not 100% sure the Thermal Fuse was the problem but elected to try it first before a service call or new dishwasher. I would suggest watching a Youtube video on install as that made understanding the directions much easier. Install went smoothly and better than I anticipated. I'll be honest, I was shocked when I reset the dishwasher and it started up and it worked with no problems. I have used it several times since and still no problems.
