Frustrating buying experience

Installing the parts was super easy, but what you need to understand is that this Suspension Spring SET is actually a single spring. You'll need to order 2 of these to fix your washer. And the shipping for my second spring took twice as long as the original order... Order two and use a piece of rope to help you pull the spring with both hands and this replacement will take less than 10 minutes.

I called and spoke to someone, gave them my model number and was told that this part would fit....it did not. It was an inch or 2 longer than the original. Did not install the part and am returning it. The gasket I ordered did fit and my husband installed it.
