Right part, wrong picture
I ordered these just in case the agitator cam set that I also purchased wasn't the right one. This was also a bit of a guess, because the picture doesn't match what the product actually looks like. As it turns out, they are the same as what came with the agitator cam set, which was the right one, so now I have extra dogs if something should happen to the replacement set. Replacement of the dogs requires the same amount of effort as replacing the agitator cam, so it made sense for me to replace the whole thing since my washer is 29 years old. If you have a newer model and are confident the plastic cam body is fine, then this should work fine.

Worst customer service! Don't buy from sears!!!
What was supposed to arrive in 4 days...is taking 2 weeks. For several days, i was on the phone for at least 1 hour with 14 different people (11 reps & 3 supervisors). 10 of their reps couldn't get my name and/or address correct. They updated my info, cancelled, reordered and backordered my order several times! Sears customer service is incompetent and unprofessional! STAY AWAY!!!

Mixed Bag
Parts delivered fairly quickly (3 days) but something needs to be done about the delivery charge. My four little washing machine parts could literally fit in a tablespoon and cost $6.99 until they added another $8.99 shipping. The place they came from is about 25 minutes from my house.
