I found the lower tab insert was broken on the new timer. My customer wasn't happy but I assured this stuff may happen and installed it to show no problems will occur.I'm not happy it was damaged but I had a woman with a bunch of kids and clothing whom was ok to keep it unless it failed.

The part was easy to install took me only 10 minutes. Most parts can be changed very easy and will save you time and money on buying a new washer I have only had to change a couple parts on my washer and have had it for 20 years thanks to Sears Direct Parts.
