Wrong Part recommended by SearsPartsDirect

Showed pics of broken blue part of timer setting dial but they recommended and sent a black clip so that was the wrong item recommended to me. I did request a refund on that item and since the wrong item was recommended and sent, the online webpage said 'Good news!..." I did not need to return item and that I would get a refund on that clip, since it was the wrong item needed to fix my dryer. Had my landlord call Sears Repair service to send someone to my house to repair my Kenmore dryer. Sears Repair placed an order for the part needed and will come to my home to fix my dryer when the part comes in the mail.

Stove knob clip

They recommended the wrong part, it does not fit. The clip holding the stove knob onto the stove is missing. I specified which knob. They gave me the clip for a different knob. The clips are not interchangeable
