My inner oven door glass shattered. I called sears and ordered the replacement which arrived in 3 business days, watched a few videos on YouTube and then replaced it with no issues in about 40 minutes. My dad and husband should be be proud.

Chaos and still haven't gotten the part shipped

So irritated! First I was charged and sent the wrong part. Then they have to wait until they receive the part for it to refund, I had to make a separate order for the same part. Customer service on the phone was amazing but shipping is crap! I ordered the part and was told it would be delivered March 3rd. They are just now processing my order for some reason. I will NEVER buy Sears brand appliances! Luckily this is a rental so we know how difficult sears is to work with when something goes wrong a year or two etc. in the future. Sad day for Sears, they used to be a trusted retailer.
