we were able to install the Power Relay Board but no help from two of your employees with us on the phone for over an hour. It was suggested that we have technician come out (at our expense) to show us where it went. My wife googled where the part went in our electric range and found conversation between technician and home owner who had the same problem we had and with the help he gave that person we were able to fine where the part went and we installed the part in reasonable time.

Easy install with one minor issue

Product as described and instructions were good but one minor difference is pre drilled holes from factory on bottom did not match existing but was able to use number markings on the bottom to drill holes for proper alignment with wiring harness. . Everything else easy and worked like a charm after that was figured out

If you've ever installed parts before, this was really easy. I'm a 70 year old woman and I do it methodically so my husband can inspect when I'm done. Plugged the range back in and all is working perfectly.

Watched a YouTube video on how to remove the old element and install the new. Had to remove the clips that were on the old element and insert them on the new. Marked each wire to insure I placed them on the correct contacts of the new element. New element worked. Success!
