Reviews
Terrible! Doesn't work!
The mounting holes were not tapped for screws. We have to buy new screws and fix it.

This is not OK
The part was not actually in stock even though the website said it was. It was only a week late, so no big deal. The real problem was when I went to install the new timer I could NOT get the screws to go in. I finally looked and the mounting holes were not threaded. I am a machinist so I had the tap to fix it myself, but if I were someone without that tool or knowledge, I would be pretty angry. That aside, the part fit and worked fine.

Part didn't work
The part ordered, that was suppposed to fit my washer model did not fit. I now have to return the part and had to buy a new washer. I was a long-time, loyal Sears customer, but now will never purchase an appliance from the company again.
